Highlights of Quail Park Governing Documents

PETS:

Pets are restricted to two (2) per household.
Only household pets are allowed, no livestock or poultry.
Weight limit is sixty (60) pounds per pet.
Pets must be on a leash when in Common Areas (per Harris County Leash Law).
No animals may be kept for the purpose of breeding or any commercial purpose.
Unreasonably noisy, dangerous or disturbing pets are not allowed.

TRASH/RECYCLING:

Trash cans and recycling containers are to be stored so they are not visible from the street (kept inside garage or behind fence) on non-trash pick up days.
Trash cans and recycling containers may be placed at the curb the evening before trash pick up and should be removed from the curb as soon as possible after trash pick up has occurred.
Current Trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
Current Recycling pick up day is Tuesday.

PARKING/SAFETY:

Limit to 6-hour parking on the street.
No overnight parking on the main street.
No parking in the cul-de-sac.
No Fire Hazards Including Fireworks shall be used in any common area or on the street.

YARD/HOUSE:

No carports.
No vehicles, trailers, boats, RV's, etc. stored on the property.
No structural modifications without approval of the Board.
Each owner shall maintain their lot, unit, flower beds and trees in good order and repair at all times.
